Can I get Marathi subtitles in Devanagari instead?
This tool is built specifically for Roman-script output, so Marathi comes out in Roman letters. If your audience is Marathi-first readers or the content is formal or educational, a Devanagari tool is the better fit and we would rather say so than sell you the wrong thing.
Is Roman script the same as translating to English?
No. Only the alphabet changes. "Ya aathvadyat" stays exactly that, it does not become "this week". The words, tone and slang are untouched.
Does it handle Marathi with English words mixed in?
Yes. Everyday Marathi speech borrows English constantly, and because the output is Roman script, the English words simply stay as they are instead of being awkwardly spelled out in another alphabet.
